There are 4 production lines together, ensuring we can produce 25000+ pc heat pumps per month according to different capacity. Advanced equipment and experienced workers also enable strong production capacity.SPRSUN operates three modern heat pump manufacturing bases located in Zengcheng District, Guangdong, China, with a total construction area of 85,000 square meters. The facilities are equipped with 6 production lines, 20 senior R&D engineers, and multiple ultra-low-temperature performance testing laboratories. With an annual production capacity of over 300,000 units, SPRSUN ensures stable lead times and flexible customization options for both residential and commercial heat pump projects. Our advanced production systems and strict quality control guarantee high-efficiency, reliable, and durable heat pump solutions for global partners.

Technology
Advance Inverter Technology
With the use of DC inverter compressors and DC inverter controllers, SPRSUN ERP A+++ DC inverter heat pumps can operate at high frequency to heat water at a faster speed. When the temperature reaches the set temperature, it will operate at a low frequency with less energy consumed to maintain temperature.
Smart Remote Control System
With the self-developed CGK online intelligent remote control system, our heat pumps are equipped with highly integrated control functions, which can be operated via a remote APP. The system is easy to manipulate, stable in performance, and is truly a smart operating system.
Ultra Low Temp Operation
The EVI (Enhanced Vapor Injection) technology is applied to our cold climate heat pumps, which greatly improves the heating capacity of the unit at low temperature. In cold climate, the heating capacity is increased by 30% compared with traditional heat pumps.
Intelligent Defrosting
SPRSUN independently developed its own PID intelligent defrosting control mode. When the defrosting conditions are met, the defrosting mode will be automatically entered to prevent the unit from defrosting confusion and energy consumption, which will improve the reliability and economy of the whole unit.
